These easy 2 ingredient pizza chips are crispy, cheesy, and packed with pepperoni flavor. Perfect for a quick snack, party appetizer, or keto-friendly treat.

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced pepperoni
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Italian seasoning
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes
  • Optional: Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the baking sheet, spacing them out so they don’t overlap.
  3. Sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese on top of each pepperoni slice. You want just enough cheese to cover the pepperoni but not overflow onto the pan.
  4. Optional: Add a pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes to each chip for extra flavor.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. The edges of the pepperoni should be crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. They’ll crisp up even more as they cool.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy immediately, or store for later.

Notes

For best results, use thinly sliced pepperoni and avoid overloading the cheese. Let the chips cool for a few minutes to achieve maximum crispiness.
