Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crispy
  • 6 breakfast sausage links, cooked and sliced
  • 3.5 oz (100g) smoked salmon (optional)
  • 2 mini brie wheels, sliced
  • 3.5 oz (100g) sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup whipped ricotta
  • 4 mini croissants, halved
  • 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted and quartered
  • 1 cup bagel chips
  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 large apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced into coins
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Nutella or chocolate spread
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup granola clusters
  • 8 mini pancakes (optional, made from your favorite mix)
  • Handful fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the proteins: Cook bacon and sausage according to package instructions or use leftovers. Drain on paper towels. Peel and halve hard-boiled eggs. Slice eggs with an egg slicer if desired.
  2. Toast the breads: Slice croissants and sourdough, then toast lightly in the oven or toaster. Toast English muffins and bagel chips until golden. Let cool before arranging.
  3. Slice fruits and cheese: Wash and slice strawberries, apples, and bananas. Cut grapes into small clusters. Cube cheddar and slice brie. Toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Arrange the board: Place bowls for yogurt, ricotta, and spreads evenly on the board. Fan out breads and muffins around the perimeter. Cluster proteins, then fill gaps with fruit, granola, and sweets. Add garnishes last.
  5. Finishing touches: Drizzle honey over cheese or fruit if desired. Sprinkle granola on yogurt bowls. Add fresh mint for color and aroma. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Customize the board with your favorite seasonal fruits, cheeses, and spreads. For vegetarian or gluten-free versions, swap meats and breads as needed. Prep proteins and fruits ahead for faster assembly. Keep sticky items like honey and Nutella in bowls to avoid mess. Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
