A quick and easy creamy BLT dip that combines smoky bacon, fresh tomatoes, and a tangy cream cheese base, perfect for weekend parties and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes, finely diced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 8-10 minutes, or bake on a foil-lined sheet at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Drain on paper towels and chop once cool.
  2. Finely dice the tomatoes and chop the green onions. Prepare shredded lettuce if using.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  5. Fold in chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, green onions, and shredded lettuce gently.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld. If short on time, 15 minutes works.
  7. Serve chilled with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggie sticks.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Chill dip to meld flavors. Remove tomato seeds to avoid watery dip. Adjust seasoning based on bacon saltiness. For dairy-free, use nut-based cream cheese alternatives. Freeze cooked bacon separately if needed.
