Instructions

  1. Pat 4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning (optional). Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over the chicken, then toss thighs in the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
