  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the bone-in pork chops dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy crust.
  2. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes if possible.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (205°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Lightly brush or spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the pork chops in a single layer without crowding.
  6. Air fry for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. While the pork chops cook, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice in a small bowl and stir until well mixed.
  8. Once cooked, transfer pork chops to a plate and immediately spread the garlic butter over the hot meat.
  9. Let the pork chops rest for 1-2 minutes to lock in juices, then serve.
