A rich and creamy Oreo cheesecake with a buttery Oreo crust, velvety cheesecake filling, and luscious chocolatey topping, perfect for parties and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed Oreos (about 20 cookies)
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos (about 10 cookies)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (about 5 cookies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 8 minutes and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and fold in the crushed Oreos.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
  4. Once cooled, cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.
  5. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top. Serve and enjoy!
