A quick and easy recipe for fudgy brownies made with just Nutella, eggs, and flour. Perfect for last-minute desserts with a rich, gooey texture and nostalgic flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (280g) Nutella
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ½ cup (65g) all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper or spray it lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Crack 2 large eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes until pale and slightly frothy.
  4. Add 1 cup (280g) Nutella to the eggs and mix until smooth and glossy.
  5. Sift in ½ cup (65g) all-purpose flour and gently fold it in until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. Optional: Fold in ½ cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  7. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking at 20 minutes with a toothpick; it should come out with moist crumbs but not wet batter.
  9. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
  10. Slice into squares and enjoy. For cleaner cuts, wipe the knife with a warm damp cloth between slices.

Notes

Whisk eggs well before adding Nutella for lighter texture. Fold flour gently to keep brownies fudgy, not cakey. Cool brownies completely before slicing to avoid mess. Check doneness early to avoid overbaking; brownies should have moist crumbs on toothpick. Optional add-ins include nuts, chocolate chips, or a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking.
