  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse and hull the strawberries, then slice into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the blueberries and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a chilled mixing bowl, pour the heavy cream. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whip on medium-high speed using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  3. If using Greek yogurt or cream cheese, gently fold about ½ cup into the whipped cream with a spatula until combined.
  4. Layer the dessert cups starting with a spoonful of strawberries at the bottom, followed by a layer of whipped cream, then blueberries. Repeat layers until the cup is filled, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  5. Garnish each cup with a fresh mint leaf and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
