Creamy peanut butter and tangy yogurt frozen into bite-sized treats, perfect for healthy snacking or a guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips and granola if desired. Add a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor.
  3. Lightly grease silicone molds or ice cube trays to prevent sticking. Line mini muffin tins with paper liners if using.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly into molds or trays, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  5. Smooth the tops of each mold with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  6. Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Remove the bites from the molds. Let them sit at room temperature for a minute or two if they’re sticking.
