Ingredients

  • Chocolate Ganache Dip: 1 cup (6 oz / 170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips, ½ cup (4 fl oz / 120ml) heavy cream
  • Strawberry Cream Cheese Dip: 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened, ¼ cup (3 oz / 80g) strawberry jam, splash of vanilla extract
  • Salted Caramel Dip: ½ cup (4 fl oz / 120ml) store-bought caramel sauce, pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh Strawberries: about 1 pint (450g), washed and hulled
  • Mini Heart-Shaped Cookies: about 20 pieces, store-bought or homemade
  • Mini Marshmallows: 1 cup (50g)
  • Angel Food Cake Cubes: about 2 cups (8 oz / 250g), cut into bite-size hearts or squares
  • Graham Crackers: 1 cup (3.5 oz / 100g), broken into sticks or hearts
  • Red and Pink Candy Melts or M&Ms (optional, for decoration and extra sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Ganache Dip: Heat ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer (2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and pour over 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir gently until smooth and glossy. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Make the Strawberry Cream Cheese Dip: Beat 8 oz (225g) softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until fluffy using an electric mixer or whisk. Add ¼ cup (80g) strawberry jam and a splash of vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and smooth, about 2 minutes. Add a teaspoon of milk or cream if dip is too thick.
  3. Assemble the Salted Caramel Dip: Pour ½ cup (120ml) caramel sauce into a small bowl. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top and stir gently to combine. Adjust salt to taste.
  4. Prep the Dippers: Wash and hull fresh strawberries. Cut angel food cake into bite-sized cubes or use a mini heart-shaped cookie cutter for shapes. Break graham crackers into sticks or hearts. Arrange mini marshmallows and cookies on a plate.
  5. Arrange the Board: Place the three dip bowls spaced evenly on a heart-shaped serving board. Surround each dip with a variety of dippers, clustering strawberries near the strawberry cream cheese dip and graham crackers near the salted caramel dip.
  6. Final Touch: Scatter red and pink candy melts or M&Ms across the board for color and extra sweetness. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves or edible flowers.
