  • 1 ounce salted caramel syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Baileys)
  • 1 ounce heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
  • Pinch of sea salt for garnish
  • Ice cubes for shaking and chilling

Instructions

  1. Chill your martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, enough to chill but not dilute the drink.
  3. Measure and pour 2 ounces vodka into the shaker using a jigger.
  4. Add 1 ounce salted caramel syrup (cool if homemade).
  5. Pour in 1 ounce Irish cream liqueur.
  6. Add 1 ounce heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter texture).
  7. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until frosty.
  8. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer if desired.
  9. Garnish with a pinch of sea salt sprinkled lightly on top.

Notes

Warm salted caramel syrup slightly if too thick before mixing. Shake vigorously but not too long to avoid dilution. Use freshly made syrup for richer flavor. Chill glass before serving. Garnish with sea salt lightly to balance sweetness.
