  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional spices: paprika or chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, and sauté the chopped spinach until wilted (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
  6. Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for 5-7 minutes before transferring them to a serving plate.
