A fun twist on classic nachos, these Bundt Pan Nachos are layered with melted cheese, crispy tortilla chips, and savory toppings, making them perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Shredded Cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • Ground Beef (or protein of choice)
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • Diced Tomatoes (fresh or fire-roasted)
  • Jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • Diced Red Onions
  • Sour Cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • Guacamole
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Optional add-ons: olives, corn kernels, hot sauce, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease Bundt pan lightly with non-stick spray or oil.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Layer tortilla chips at the bottom of the Bundt pan, covering the base evenly.
  4. Sprinkle a generous handful of shredded cheese over the chips.
  5. Layer ground beef, black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and onions evenly over the chips and cheese.
  6. Continue layering chips, cheese, and toppings until the pan is full, ending with a top layer of cheese.
  7. Place the Bundt pan on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the nachos cool for a few minutes before flipping the pan onto a serving plate.
  9. Drizzle sour cream and guacamole on top, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and serve warm.

Notes
