Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook your pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess grease if needed.
  4. Stir in the can of Rotel tomatoes, including the juices, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
