Ingredients

  • Refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Provolone cheese
  • Salami
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Ham
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Banana peppers
  • Italian seasoning
  • Egg
  • Optional: Dijon mustard or spicy mayo

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease your 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Roll out one sheet of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish, covering the entire base evenly.
  3. Layer the provolone cheese on top of the dough, covering it completely.
  4. Add an even layer of salami slices, followed by a layer of pepperoni slices.
  5. Place the ham slices over the pepperoni, ensuring the entire surface is covered.
  6. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ham layer.
  7. Distribute banana peppers evenly across the cheese layer for a tangy bite.
  8. Sprinkle Italian seasoning generously over the entire surface for flavor.
  9. Roll out the second sheet of crescent roll dough and lay it on top to seal the layers. Pinch the edges to close.
  10. In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the top crescent dough layer for a golden, shiny crust.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden brown and cooked through.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
