  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 lime, sliced into wedges
  • Optional: sliced avocado, crushed peanuts, or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked chicken. Stir well to coat every piece. Cook for 2 more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and clings to the chicken.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.

  6. Drizzle extra sweet chili sauce over the filling, squeeze a lime wedge for brightness, and fold the tortillas into wraps. Serve immediately.
